Self-management, without too many rigid and unreasonable company rules; Chinese lunch is provided without deducting meal costs.
Cons
No systems have been implemented, so everything has to be handled independently. When asking relevant personnel, you get an attitude of “You handle it yourself.” A certain senior employee “manages” everything—do they really handle everything well?
