Pros
The colleagues are easy to get along with.
Cons
Bonuses are opaque, so it is impossible to clearly know whether the amount received is correct. There are piles of reports and endless useless meetings. The only meager year-end bonus is still paid in six installments after the New Year. The company's policies always change according to the boss's mood, and the boss judges employees based on external appearances.
