The boss and the boss’s wife often argue, and their policies are frequently at odds.
They say that working overtime for the company is simply expected at a startup, and there is no overtime pay.
Although the company is clearly not listed on the stock exchange or OTC market, it claims that its shares are worth xx per share, and also says that employees who complete four years will receive a 1% shareholding.
