The leave policy for chicken-raising staff is completely inconsistent with the Labor Standards Act. The boss treats employees like slaves. Raising chickens requires living in the chicken coop, and as long as there are chickens in the coop, you cannot take leave. After finally raising them for more than a month and waiting for them to be taken away, you still have to wait for the contractor who removes the chicken manure to haul it away, and then continue cleaning the chicken coop. When the coop has finally been cleaned, you think you can take leave—but you cannot. Two or three days later, new chicks arrive, and you have to continue being the boss’s cheap labor! The boss has not given employees any of the leave they are entitled to and even thinks it is all perfectly normal!
The boss thinks they are offering a high salary, but has never considered that this salary of 30,000–40,000 is tied to employees working in the chicken coop 24 hours a day. The boss drives a BMW, while employees have to pay for everything upfront, and reimbursement is slow!
