The owner couple are gentle and easygoing, and the pace of work is reasonable. They do not insist on taking on many projects at the same time, and inform new clients in advance that they may need to wait. The office environment is comfortable, and the employees are all very easy to get along with. It is a warm place. There are dedicated administrative staff to assist with materials and sample management, as well as regular environmental cleaning.
There are relatively few food options within walking distance after leaving the office, but those with their own scooters have many more choices. Fortunately, the office regularly helps everyone coordinate bento orders, with a wide variety of menu options.
