The supervisor is very fond of nitpicking, exaggerates problems, and is extremely emotional and emotionally unstable. She keeps coming over to check while things are still in progress, then says this hasn’t been done properly or asks why that hasn’t been done. It’s quite baffling—she seems determined to find fault and cause trouble! She makes me follow her preferred order for tasks that have no prescribed sequence. When I ask what difference it makes, she says it doesn’t, but still insists that I do it her way. I really don’t know what she’s so adamant about. She has hit me with brooms and similar items and never says sorry—and it’s happened more than once. Is she doing it on purpose?
For many things, the boss only listens to her side of the story and has never asked me what happened from my perspective.
