Read the community guidelinesThere are hardly any advantages. The job bank makes it sound very appealing, saying that they will teach you technical skills and that you can learn a valuable trade, but once you actually join, they start making empty promises and then leave you to figure things out on your own.
The disadvantage is that there is no well-established SOP, leaving new hires and inexperienced employees completely unsure of what they are supposed to do. Drifting along aimlessly is what I learned at this company. If you don't believe me, go see for yourself!
Don't be fooled by the hypocritical words and smiles! This is my advice to anyone thinking of applying.
