Read the community guidelinesThe office is new, stationery can be purchased every month, and there is air conditioning.
This company is divided into Dinglin, Taiwan Bone Bank, and Limin, but they all have the same owner.
I am mainly referring to administrative positions (sales belongs to another office, which I don't know about, so I have no comment).
1. The people there are extremely indifferent. The entire office is lifeless and basically no one talks. Although it doesn't affect work, it feels very unpleasant.
2. Malicious layoffs: they notify you of your dismissal without warning and require you to move all your belongings out that same day. At least three people experienced this within three months, and none of them had any major shortcomings in their work performance. When pressed for a reason, he replied, “Our energies don't align.” I advise everyone to get their fortune told before joining to make sure you are compatible. After joining, always have a cardboard box ready—or don't bring too many belongings—because you may be asked to leave after three months. Oh, and don't think you're safe just because you passed probation. After all, energies are always changing, and at any time they may make you get lost!
3. During interviews, they paint an overly rosy picture, describing the company as very free and wonderful, saying you can learn a lot and work across fields, blah blah... But after joining, you discover that it was all a lie. They promised to let you transfer between teams and try different things, but after I joined, I found out that while they were making that promise during my interview, they had already hired another newcomer for the team I wanted to transfer to. Then they said, “Sorry, this team is full, so we can't let you transfer,” and ultimately used this as one of the reasons for my “unavoidable” dismissal. Hello? I had already said during my application that I wanted to join that team. You were the ones who said another team was short-staffed and that you would let me transfer after that team's work was completed. If you hadn't promised that I could transfer, why would I have turned down other jobs where I had already been accepted and chosen your company instead? Thinking about it still makes me angry.
4. I previously worked at two or three large, publicly listed companies with more than 1,000 employees, and their HR departments had around six people. Yet this tiny company somehow has four HR employees ^^? This isn't a criticism, just something I wonder about.
5. Everyone can check their listings on 104 and see whether the same vacancy appears there every now and then (or whether the title changes but the work is the same). Yeah, that means someone has been maliciously dismissed again (does this answer point 4?).
6. Administrative employees learn absolutely nothing here. The supervisor frequently contradicts herself and often makes no sense. After you do what she told you to do, she says, “When did I ever say that?” Even a simple sentence has to be repeated to her three times. Poor communication and wasted time—and then she complains to HR that I can't read her mind or anticipate what she wants to do. Wow, I really think you need to hire a fortune teller or someone who can communicate with the dead. If I were the only person who had poor communication with her, I would humbly reflect on my own shortcomings. But the fact is that every person who worked with her had the same problem. Whose issue is it, then?
7. However, after leaving and discussing things with other colleagues who had been dismissed, I discovered that HR may also have been undermining my supervisor. I won't say much about women scheming against one another; this has become a real-life Rashomon. In any case, there are many victims who came in smiling and left in tears. Because of this, many people have doubted themselves and even developed emotional problems. I sincerely hope everyone avoids stepping on this landmine. Also, although the salary advertised on 104 looks quite good, what is it really like? Heh heh heh. Having to use my psychic powers for that amount of pay is truly hilarious.
