The year-end bonus is barely acceptable
Accounting sometimes miscalculates salaries
At least there is an end-of-year bonus.
The boss is used to making empty promises. There is no bonus system for sales, and despite years of planning, there is still no bonus system.
The division of responsibilities is unclear; employees handle everything from start to finish. Basically, the accounting department assigns and directs the sales staff.
The monthly salary is only slightly higher than the minimum wage, and new employees are paid more than longtime employees.
There are big-prize raffles at the year-end party, but the process is rigged.
