The office is hidden in an apartment behind Banxin Bank. It is cramped and messy, with products scattered all over the floor.
The female boss who interviewed me clearly hadn’t looked at my résumé or portfolio. She only started flipping through them when she asked me to introduce myself.
After I finished introducing myself, she asked me to introduce myself.
???
Could someone please explain how this is different from a self-introduction?
Later, the practical test gave me only 20 minutes to create a “luxury” commercial poster that matched the company’s style. The interview email clearly said it would be a 20-minute test of “tools,” but when I arrived, it had turned into making a poster for them. They only provided product images; I had to find and come up with all the other materials and copy myself.
Within 20 minutes, I was expected to find materials, come up with copy, retouch the images, and complete a polished commercial poster. Is this boss out of her mind?
In the end, they even hurried me out. They showed absolutely no respect for people.
Can't think of any.
【Sharing an Interview Experience】
This interview took place three years ago.
I recently received a job application message from them, which reminded me of the unpleasant interview experience I had back then.
At that time, they had not yet moved to Wenshan District.
When I first entered, the office was very small and cluttered (with a pile of shoes ready to be shipped).
After arriving, I waited for the boss to show up before starting the interview and computer test.
The female boss had a very poor attitude and spoke very bluntly.
She asked me to use their products to create an image that also matched their style.
The boss even said: They were very busy, and if I didn't create the image, I would have to help handle the items for shipment.
What I made at the time was not very good, and I was criticized on the spot. Then came a direct “Thank you, we'll be in touch”—basically, goodbye.
For anyone planning to interview there, I suggest observing carefully and asking more questions.
