Pros

The environment is clean

The quality of the clothing is not bad

Cons

Retail store work

1. The first three days before officially starting are a training period (there is no pay or labor/health insurance during these three days; if you don't pass, it was unpaid work for nothing).

2. After completing the training period (labor and health insurance begin; the three training days are calculated at the hourly wage and included in the following month's salary).

3. The company gives you a uniform (if you leave before three months, you must buy it back at 50% of the price). It is possible that the company decides you are unsuitable or that your performance does not meet the standard.

4. On your first day of work, you are asked to read the company's regulations (there are a great many deduction and penalty provisions. If job applicants had been told during the initial interview that there were so many deductions, I absolutely would not have wasted time going there). This company is also very deceitful in waiting until you come in to show them to you. No wonder some people leave within a day (completely understandable).

5. During my employment, I heard coworkers complaining.

There are many things the company does not explain clearly, and the deductions are also very severe.

6. The attitude during the interview and the attitude at the actual job are very different.

=> Conclusion: Many things work both ways.

The fact that the company establishes so many penalties to deduct from employees' wages shows that it fundamentally does not trust the employees it hires through interviews. Of course, ordinary companies hope that the employees they hire will be good at making money for the company, but if they also want to earn money back from employees' wages, that mindset is truly bizarre!

I sincerely feel that if a company wants to circumvent the Labor Standards Act, make everything advantageous only to itself, and deduct employees' wages whenever there is trouble or no money is being made, it might as well just hire its own relatives and friends! If it really has the ability and wants to hire employees, it should follow the Labor Standards Act from the beginning and show some consideration. Tsk, tsk.

It is no surprise that the turnover rate is high!

Employees who can stick it out here for a year are truly remarkable!
