I interviewed in the morning, and the supervisor said on the spot that I was hired. I replied that same evening that I could start work.
The next day, I asked whether there would be a written offer letter, and HR replied that they had already hired someone who interviewed after me.
This shows a lack of integrity. If that was the case, they should have proactively informed the job candidate instead of only saying so when asked.
The team atmosphere is pleasant (not deliberately cultivated), and communication flows smoothly both vertically (with managers) and horizontally (among colleagues). There is a benefit of at least two tea drinks per week, with choices from regular bubble tea shops and virtually no spending limit.
Each position is staffed by one person. Although team members can support one another, if there is a sudden personnel change, the workload of the other members will increase significantly.
