Read the community guidelinesDuring the first interview, they ask about your expected salary, desired number of days off, and working hours.
The company has now shifted its operations to Taipei and is recruiting a large number of new employees for various positions.
During the second interview, we had already agreed on the base salary, and they shook my hand and told me I was hired. In addition to the company's previous training, before signing the official employment contract, they first arrange a meeting with you to discuss the job duties and whether you have any questions about the compensation. However, in front of the legal department and the manager, they denied the base salary we had originally discussed and insisted on deducting 10,000 from it, while placating me by saying that capable employees need not worry about receiving a raise. When I was unable to compromise, they no longer informed me of a time to sign the contract, making the company seem extremely lacking in integrity.
