1. The interviewer was extremely emotional during the interview, continually projecting their feelings about previous employees who had left onto a job candidate they were meeting for the first time. It felt as though they were looking for someone to vent their anger on, leaving a very poor impression. Although they said they wanted to be frank from the outset, their attitude was simply aggressive and overbearing.
