A really terrible company~ The boss is condescending and completely disrespectful toward others........

No overtime pay and no compensatory leave. The boss really likes sending LINE messages outside of working hours to give instructions, and the tone used to give instructions is not particularly polite either. The only way to describe working in this environment is frustrating.
Anyone considering applying should think twice. The turnover rate is extremely high, and there are many messes waiting for you to clean up.
