Working hours are 08:00–16:00. Labor and health insurance are provided, along with group insurance through the union. There appears to be no labor pension.
As for the salary, the base pay is 19,500, with a perfect-attendance bonus of 1,000. There are 8 days off per month, with two people rotating shifts, one person per shift. Therefore, there are 8 all-day shifts, plus 5,280 for the 8 all-day shifts. After deducting labor and health insurance, the actual take-home pay is approximately 24,000.
On weekdays, the all-day shift runs from 08:00 to 22:00; on Sundays, it runs from 07:30 to 21:30. There is one week of training (unpaid), and you are only paid after completing one full month. It seems that regardless of where you apply, the training store is always located at No. 52, Linxi Street, Lingya District, Kaohsiung City.
