因為有商務中心所以公司茶水間有零食，因為有拜虎爺所以會有拜完的水果可以拿。三節獎金800塊現金隨薪資入帳，滿三個月有制服補助自己去買然後報帳，但做不到三個月的話要吐回去。尾牙很早吃然後會請主持，但聽高層說會改成公司自己人主持，如果是這樣我覺得公司企劃很可憐，尾牙變得不是犒賞員工是娛樂老闆。有國外員工旅遊今年去北海道，但後來說改兩年一次，又說改旅遊補助每人一萬，但要兩位同仁一同出國才能請，反正福利跟公司制度是隨時滾動式調整的。

1.森宇建設、大恆國際開發有限公司、臻鑽建設。大恆國際開發有限公司裡面還有分大恆租賃跟Ｗ國際商務中心。

2.跟私人補習班一樣都是皇親國戚，夫妻公司就算了還應聘「高層」，導致所有東西都無法善終，名義上的主管都沒有實質決定權，說你決定都好到後面又會有不同「意見」，所有東西都要層層請示，名義上說公司扁平化管理，實則權責不清，每位都是太極好手。找名義上的主管，也不一定能得到最後答案。做事之前要確認，做完還可能重來，最累的往往不是工作本身，而是搞懂到底誰說了算。扁平化我是沒感受到，反覆確認倒是很有感。

3.「一直加班就是你能力有問題」「他車禍是有嚴重到不能上班嗎？」「要禁休到七月」「那為什麼OOO可以？你要檢討是不是你的工作流程出了問題？」

4.公司制度跟福利不斷滾動式調整，但薪資不會，入職前會跟你說到三個月會漲薪，建議後輩們把自己要的薪資講清楚。

5.總公司中午吃飯會有一群人在一起吃飯，那群人千萬別得罪，小人比好人多，好人比薪資多，上班還要演宮鬥的公司真的不常見。

6.租賃主管一好一壞，一個講話很大聲，但不能接受別人反駁他，不推薦反駁性人格以及玻璃心的人入職。大恆租賃部門要求你三天要上手，不然就會請你走人，建議後輩們如果被請走記得先確認終止理由及依法可主張的權益，必要時向地方勞工主管機關諮詢。商務中心會搞拉幫結派的戲碼，硬要說優點的話客戶人都蠻和善的。

7.先前公司有Ai課程，想說終於有點福利？結果上一堂會議記錄的就不上了？可能我過去的公司都會安排完善的精進課程，但這邊是一點長進都沒有，單純就是消耗你。

8.企劃聽說進來的時候公司開的是以森宇建設開的職缺，結果他要做「全集團」的東西，每天看他自主性加班，然後一天到晚在被罵，入職沒多久她頭就禿一塊，她的狀態感覺就是常態被PUA，嚇到我要快點走^^

9.公司高層不斷要求制度化、系統化但實際上只會生出一對工作表格增加負擔並沒有解決工作量與分工問題，只會增加壓力。想要的是解決問題，得到的卻常常是先檢討自己。

Let's get straight to the point: During the interview, they told me I had been accepted, and we agreed on a start date. Yet one day before I was due to start, they suddenly told me they had already found someone else. Clearly, this is a company with serious integrity issues.

The interview lasted an hour. The interviewer was very good at making grand promises!

They asked when I could start work. I told them I could start four days later, and the interviewer said they had had bad experiences before with people standing them up, so they repeatedly confirmed whether I could really start in four days. I also assured them several times that I could. We then agreed on the start date. Yet one day before I was due to start, they told me I didn't need to come in after all. The reason was: “The wait until you could start was too long; the company had already found someone who could start immediately.”

We interviewed and agreed on a start date four days later, then they told you one day before you were supposed to start that they had found someone who could start immediately ^_^ They made you waste three days when you could have been interviewing elsewhere for nothing!
