The company basically has no benefits (bonuses for the three major holidays, year-end bonuses—“they say it’s a work bonus, which is very abstract.” The company gives them if it says it does, and doesn’t if it says it doesn’t; even when there are bonuses, they aren’t much.)
Basically, you have to do everything, and the pay is low.
