No meal allowance. A one-month probationary period is specified in the contract. If the small-company owner takes a dislike to you, they may ask you to leave on the same day without notice. They bring a lot of personal emotions into work. The company is run by family members, who think they can simply hire someone else and that the company is not missing just one employee—even if you work very hard.
