This is arguably deceptive toward interviewees (you only spend time checking it out because of the posted minimum, yet they do not even have that minimum).
2. Continuing from the above, when interviewees request a specific figure, they still receive a vague and unclear answer.
3. The company is very small (around 12 employees), which means there is no room for advancement.
