Cons
The boss is sometimes emotional.
Sometimes there is petty infighting (among colleagues).
Previously, they also gave us one unpaid day off.
There is a woman in the design department who often likes to talk behind people’s backs and has little patience.
The design department is very inconsistent in how it handles work, making it difficult to get things done.
