Read the community guidelinesAll of my colleagues are women.) Most of them are very proactive about helping.
There are lots of snacks that you can eat freely.
This company gets the shortest job tenure of my life.
If you’re hardworking, resilient, can do the work of three people by yourself, and don’t fuss over too much, you might want to consider it.
The interview clearly stated that it was a graphic design and styling position. At first, they made it sound extremely good, but the interview was actually with the boss’s secretary (it was really all a load of nonsense.
On my fourth day at work, I was “lucky” enough to encounter a studio shoot.
There was only one graphic designer/stylist responsible for everything in the dual-mode [studio] setup (now also responsible for ironing clothes, styling, organizing and placing props, arranging meals, arranging the church, managing funds, and calming the boss’s emotions.
I didn’t have much experience, so on-site I could only watch while helping pick up loose threads.
At first it was very busy, but I thought it was okay.
Later, there were more and more things to do.
The graphic designer/stylist was also responsible for organizing the company’s warehouse. It was really ridiculous. Everyone else just tossed the clothes around carelessly and seemed not to care.
The supervisor didn’t really interact with me either.
They only instructed one of the graphic designers/stylists to have me cut out images and do layout work.
We never spoke after that.
...I seriously wondered what I was doing there.
If you love puffy-skirt princesses, this company is perfect for you!
The boss herself is a terrifying princess.
The location is fairly convenient.
As soon as I stepped into this company, I felt that something was really strange.
I had an interview scheduled and arrived 15 minutes early, but everyone inside seemed surprised. Then a woman came over and told me that someone was using the meeting room. She also said that I had arrived early, making it feel like it was my problem. Without explaining anything, she told me to go walk around nearby.
Then a manager came and said that otherwise, we could conduct the interview on the 7th floor.
Just like that, I was casually led out of the company.
The whole experience felt really unpleasant! I felt disrespected!
