Pros
I interviewed for a plant operations assistant position. During the in-person interview, I was also informed that preparing materials might be required. When I went to the interview, I wasn’t sure where to go, but the employees I asked were all quite friendly.
Cons
There are two days off per week, but overtime may be required on Saturdays. You may also need to help other departments. The monthly salary is NT$28,000 (including perfect-attendance and other bonuses), but there may be no annual leave; it may be compensated with money instead.
