Veteran employees bully newcomers
Sales staff are essentially treated as general laborers; in practice, they only move goods and do odd jobs, and rarely get to sell alcohol.
Taking sick leave gets you privately accused of faking illness.
There is a double standard in everything, with veteran employees covering up one another’s mistakes.
The owner and supervisors all turn a blind eye and do nothing, listening only to the veterans’ one-sided accounts. Then, just a few days before the probationary period ends, they suddenly tell you that you failed probation for unreasonable reasons, leaving you unexpectedly unemployed.
The hardware and equipment are unbelievably poor, and they are unwilling even to invest in replacements.
If you want to be a cheap laborer and are willing to risk being dismissed for no apparent reason, you’re welcome to take on the challenge 💪

Before joining, the company made the sales position sound very appealing and painted an overly grand picture.
