Senior colleagues are quite good at finding minor issues to criticize you over. If you can leave without feeling angry or crying, that would prove your stress tolerance is worth testing. If you want to prove your resilience, intelligence, and high EQ, this is a place well worth staying. Also, don't expect your boss or the boss's wife to help you. They'll only comfort you afterward, but in front of the veteran employees, they might tell them that the new hire needs more磨練 and that they should keep up the good work.
