Being berated by a female manager, I went to the restroom to collect myself. As a result, while I was in the restroom, the female manager blocked me outside the door and snapped, asking how long I was going to be in there. I said it depends on the situation—10–15 minutes. Sometimes my period or an upset stomach makes things less convenient. That answer is pretty human, right…? I didn’t want to answer “3–5 minutes” and make all my other coworkers feel pressured. But then the female manager blew up!
Even when you get things done faster than expected, she still blows up—completely neurotic!
She also said that after leaving for another company, I would definitely regret it, and that staying at this little “happiness” company was the happiest option. Damn, she really has a serious delusion problem. Every job I’ve taken after leaving has offered twice the benefits of this place. Stop feeling so good about yourself, brainwashing employees, and acting like idiots—did you open Google’s headquarters yourself already?!
None, absolutely none.
Basically, you can choose the snacks you like for the worship offerings,
and there is also one drink per week.
1. The company atmosphere is extremely gloomy and stifling.
2. The boss is emotionally unstable and sometimes suddenly blows up over inexplicable things (?)
3. Work time is often interrupted to do meaningless tasks (worship offerings/packaging/organizing goods that were already organized last week).
4. The work hours and tasks are almost entirely assigned by the boss (for example: start packaging at 3 and continue until 5, then continue doing design work until 6).
5. The company rules are both tedious and unnecessary.
After I submitted my resignation, the boss told me we would discuss it in detail next week (possibly because it was close to the end of the workday). Once the workday ended and the company’s doors had all been locked, the boss suddenly told me to leave immediately that day. However, I had not finished organizing all of my belongings at the company, so I thought I would arrange a time to go back and pick them up another day. After I left, I could not reach the boss no matter what, and my coworkers seemed unable to help either (I’m not sure why). In the end, it took quite a while before I was able to retrieve everything. Even though this was something that could have been handled immediately, it was repeatedly delayed and ignored, showing complete disregard for employees’ affairs. There was also money I had paid on the company’s behalf that I could not get back because I had not kept a backup of the receipts. I’ll take it as a lesson learned....
Absolutely do not assume the company will be a good place to work just because of the image it creates on Facebook. You will leave deeply disappointed.

We agreed on an interview time, but the entire office suddenly turned off the lights for lunch, leaving the interviewee sitting there waiting for 20 minutes before the interviewer finally arrived. Throughout the interview, they kept questioning my career plans and insisting that the salary was very good (???). In short, I knew before the interview was even over that there was absolutely no way I would come to work there.
