There’s no need to say too much in the introduction; you’ll have your answer after reading the following points!
1. Seniority determines everything. The more senior you are, the more weight your words carry; the less senior you are, the less anyone listens to you.
2. The company likes employees to offer suggestions and visions, but it’s all just talk. Taking it seriously means you lose.
3. On the surface, the leave policy appears to comply with the Labor Standards Act, but in practice, the company has the final say. If they’re unhappy, they’ll take away all your leave.
4. If you aren’t skilled in all eighteen kinds of martial arts, you simply can’t meet the company’s demands. Senior management will ask employees to do miscellaneous tasks (such as organizing shared spaces).
5. The company’s policies often change overnight, and the policies are merely for show. Basically, senior management has the final say.
In summary... Three words to describe this company: “A habitual offender.”
