Pros
The boss is very good at chatting with you.
The boss’s wife is easy to get along with.
Cons
It was originally agreed that the end of the workday would be 5:30 p.m., but they often keep you until almost 6:00 p.m. before letting you leave.
The boss cares more about money than the employees.
Once they get familiar with you, they’ll ask you to clean the restroom and take out the trash.
Most importantly!! Don’t make the boss unhappy, or the boss will deduct money from your wages under various pretexts.
