Pros

Employees stationed outside Taipei do not need to clock in for work.

Cons

Low brand recognition; you have to carry NT$300,000 in sales to earn NT$20,000. The territory is large, and the fuel allowance for searching the area is miserably low!

If you don't meet the sales target, the salary is less than NT$10,000.

Pros

Seems like there are none.

Cons

The pay is miserably low. New hires basically start at NT$24,000–28,000. For night and weekend overtime shifts, you can only take compensatory leave; they won’t pay overtime. There are absolutely no benefits, and the bonus system is just for show. You should consider yourself lucky if your salary is paid on time. The working environment isn’t good either. It’s perfectly normal for office hardware to break down and then go unrepaired for ages, and cramming eight people around one toilet is truly pitiful. At first glance, the boss seems like an ambitious young entrepreneur who has successfully started a business, but in reality, he loves putting on a false show of success, starts things without finishing them, and blames employees whenever something goes wrong. The boss’s wife has the vibe of a diamond-level direct-sales manager, spouting completely illogical nonsense, pretending to understand things she doesn’t, and enjoying wasting time holding a bunch of meaningless meetings. The division of responsibilities within the organization is extremely chaotic. Many tasks can only be handled personally by the boss or his wife, but they often suddenly disappear for half a day and become impossible to reach. They normally like sending meaningless drivel to the work group chat, but when employees post genuinely important work messages there, they completely ignore them. There are many more jaw-dropping things that are too much to explain in one comment. I hope everyone who sees this message stays away from this place.

Pros

Transportation is fairly convenient

Cons

1. No year-end bonus and no overtime pay.

2. Salaries are only ever paid late; they have never been paid on time on the fifth.

3. You have to provide your own computer for work.

4. The office area and storefront are not separated, so the work environments easily interfere with each other.

3. If you work at the Taipei office, regardless of your position, you have to support storefront operations. You will take turns covering Wednesday evenings and Saturday afternoons each week. When things are busy, storefront duties can easily take up the time you originally needed for your own work.
