The résumé was not reviewed carefully; as long as the surname and gender matched, the person was invited for an interview. The offered salary was very low and included perfect-attendance pay. The interviewer seemed listless and expressionless. The company environment was very poor and extremely dim. Upon entering the company, there was an unpleasant odor, though I’m not sure what it was. The office and factory were combined, and there did not appear to be many employees inside.
