I went to an interview today and met a bald man in his fifties. He said his technical skills were very strong, but I felt he was only good at talking. His know-how was very good. I think that was just people being polite to him. The entire interview was very uncomfortable; it felt like I had been given a dressing-down. Were they hiring someone or trying to intimidate people? If you're so capable, you might as well do everything yourself. Why post the job on 104? Ridiculous.
The salary is okay. If that's what you're going for, you could ask him for 120K. That should be possible.
The atmosphere was very strange, though I can't quite put my finger on it—perhaps there was some incompatibility. Those interviewing should pay attention for themselves.

The boss is very stingy. The company will tell you it is a startup, but those working there should look for another job as soon as possible. Most of the people there are just figureheads, so be extremely careful.
