Working hours are quite flexible.

You often see people going directly to Tangcheng Starbucks to have coffee and chat.

It is unclear whether only one department is more flexible.

However, you may also see some people who seem to be there just to pass the time.

There have previously been several uncomfortable interactions in one department.

For example, female colleagues have reported being touched on the thighs, shoulders, and even more sensitive areas while at work.

Some people have also used work as a pretext to drive female colleagues out alone.

During these outings, they would say strange things,

such as, “I’m the savior who has come to rescue you women,”

and things like, “The company will be mine in the future. I’m going to siphon off the company’s resources to start my own company.”

It is unclear whether these people are still with the company, but if you encounter comments like these, just listen and do not take them seriously.
