Read the community guidelinesBeing able to arrive at and leave work on time was originally this company’s only advantage. Now even that advantage is gone.
Huiyang, Startup, Banqiao Diving, and Deep Six Diving are all owned by the same boss, with the same address in the same building, and they all treat their employees the same way. People hired from outside are paid extremely low salaries; only the boss’s relatives are treated as human. After the boss’s wife officially began managing the business this year, a large number of long-term employees were forced out. They have always especially liked to directly tell employees to get lost before they have completed a full month, telling them to work until the end of the month or only until that day. However, because they are afraid of being sued (the company was sued in the past and lost), they will still pay one month’s severance. If they do not want to pay severance, they use all kinds of tactics to force you to leave.
Can't think of any.
They posted the job under the name of a startup subsidiary, but the actual workplace is the parent company, Huiyang, upstairs, and the pay is extremely low.
The owner and his wife do not respect professionalism. The owner's wife is especially unqualified, and all she does every day is watch employees' every move on surveillance cameras, speaking to employees condescendingly.
They demand employee productivity every minute of every day, without considering differences in job responsibilities, treating employees purely as tools.
The office is fairly new.
The starting salary is only NT$23,100… even assistant engineers are offered this salary.
