This page collects workplace experiences, questions and discussions submitted by users. Dates shown are submission dates, not periods of employment. Individual reports do not describe the entire company.
Read the community guidelines1. The first-stage interview is a video interview.
2. The supervisor carefully reviews your résumé and asks key questions (not random ones).
3. The entire interview lasts no more than 30 minutes.
1. At the time, they tell you, "We happened to have just found a customer service representative a few days ago," but the position is actually still open. They are basically just going through the motions~
2. They keep the position open and waste applicants' time. Even if you promptly and seriously reply to their messages and provide your LINE ID as requested, the supervisor may be too busy to add you on LINE at all, forget to reply for three days, and only agree to interview you after you proactively call to ask.
3. The company is too small. There are only five people internally, so providing support across multiple areas and working overtime are probably inevitable after joining.
The company has been established for ten years~yet it is still not very large. People who like small companies may really like it!
However, it is unclear how stable the job is~because the second-stage interview is to be conducted personally by the owner, and I have not received any notification yet~
It simply gives the impression that it was just a waste of time.
