Colleagues get along well.
Cons
1. The company’s senior management engages in infighting and even drags employees into it.
2. As soon as an employee’s views begin to differ from those of one of the senior executives, that executive starts targeting the employee.
3. HR gets even the simplest, most basic salary calculations wrong and has no experience at all.
4. There are no clear policies, and the management system is poor.
