慶達實業有限公司
Pros

Qingda Industrial Co., Ltd.; another company name is Bei'ergao Industrial Co., Ltd. This company is better known in the interior design and decoration industry. It is a factory-type company located next to the Ankeng Interchange in Xindian, and is indeed situated right beside the North Second Freeway. The company building is constructed of corrugated metal sheets, with the factory production area on the first floor and the administrative offices on the second floor. Because it is a factory-type company, one benefit is that the company provides free boxed lunches at noon. There is one employee trip per year, although whether it is domestic or overseas depends on the circumstances. Company events are held in the vacant lot next to the building, where banquet seating is set up and people are hired to build a stage. Employees can take turns singing onstage, so it is a good fit for people who enjoy singing, drinking, or smoking. This is a traditional-industry family business with three bosses. In recent years, the senior boss has transferred the company’s actual authority to his two sons: the elder son manages the second-floor office, and the younger son manages the first-floor office.

Cons

Because the company is factory-based, the workers like to smoke quite a lot, so you will inevitably smell cigarette smoke when walking through the factory. There is no air conditioning on the first floor; only the second-floor offices have air conditioning. However, the restroom is located on the first floor, so employees in the second-floor office have to go downstairs to use it.
