Meal allowances, transportation allowances for business trips, and perfect attendance bonuses
The supervisor does not often come to the office
Cons
Sometimes you need to go to the factory in Puxin, Changhua. Transportation is at your own expense, or you have to ask whether a colleague can give you a ride. Although transportation expenses are reimbursed, this is not ideal. The factory is in a somewhat remote location.
