Read the community guidelinesThe environment is good, everyone works using macOS, and the company appears fairly substantial on the surface. During the interview, the manager always sounded convincing and was very confident in the company’s products.
After joining the company, it felt like opening Pandora’s box. I gradually discovered that the products were far from complete, and the so-called app was still under development.
What’s outrageous is that the manager appears quite willing to offer a good salary when discussing compensation, but once you are approaching three months, they will say that your work performance is unsatisfactory and use tactics such as saying you cannot pass the probation period or receive a salary adjustment. This company takes on everything and is dominated by one person. Please consider carefully.
