Some advice for job seekers looking to enter the branded furniture industry
“My brand is so amazing, no one else’s can compare ☺️”
1. If you really enjoy filling out reports and attending meetings, this job is perfect for you, because there are tons of reports waiting for you and super substantive meetings every day.
2. For business trips, high-speed rail expenses can only be reimbursed for non-reserved seats. The cost of taking an UBER can only be paid out of your own pocket—the boss is incredibly generous.
3. Before joining, you will be asked to sign lots of “self-protection” documents. Be sure to read them carefully before signing; the devil is in the details.
(I’m not entirely sure who needs the self-protection.)
3. There is absolutely no problem with the salary structure or bonus system ☺️ They won’t set unreasonable performance targets or arbitrarily deduct your pay, so please believe that the boss will let employees make money! (That is, if you have a brain.)
4. Although it is a well-known Italian brand, the boss would never casually look down on customers who make appointments to visit the showroom. Although the showroom is beautiful, occasionally pulling down the electric gate gives it a mysterious image, which happens to fit Porada’s low-key image! We often receive calls from customers who want to visit but are turned away, and we have to reply: “We’re really sorry—we just happen to be delivering in another city, or we just happen to be visiting a client.” It’s definitely not because the company has no employees available to receive them ☺️
5. The year-end bonus is very generous. If you like this company, please look forward to it!
6. The job posting on 104 is always recruiting. The company’s business must be doing extremely well, since it needs to expand its workforce.
Relaxed
So idle you start questioning your life
You still have to pretend to be busy because the boss watches the surveillance cameras to monitor employees
If anything displeases him, he’ll make sarcastic remarks about you at the next meeting
In short, because of the boss, the atmosphere throughout the company is very strange and unfriendly
Free time
The boss has serious emotional management issues, occasionally pits colleagues against each other, and many people who can't take it leave. The position is always open.
