The female boss is extremely forgetful and fickle. She’ll instruct subordinates to do things in way A, and after they’ve done it and announce it to everyone at a meeting, she’ll criticize them in front of everyone for doing A. Nothing is ever acceptable to her: why didn’t you do B? Then, before long, B will immediately be mocked too: “Why did you do this? Shouldn’t you have done C instead?”

Then people from other departments will coldly watch from the sidelines, join in looking down on you, and kick you when you’re down.

If you work in the Accounting or Customer Service Department, it’s a wonderful life: take your time eating breakfast every day, chat freely during work hours, have other departments prepare and deliver everything, lash out whenever things don’t go your way, then leave others to fend for themselves. You don’t need to understand or solve any problems. It’s a great place to stay for a long time.

Has a glamorous appearance

The company’s internal systems are extremely disorganized. People in every department are very unfriendly; besides hurling verbal abuse and making aggressive remarks, they also like to report on others and engage in underhanded tactics. The entire company seems to enjoy joining forces to bully the sales department.
