Pros

None

Cons

The working environment is extremely unpleasant because the air conditioning is restricted due to the company’s financial situation.

The office temperature is generally kept above 30°C.

The boss’s thinking is very outdated and often fails to keep up with the times. The company has no marketing budget.

Because of the vicious cycle described above, the company has major financial problems.

It is common for employees not to receive their salaries.

Pros

The colleagues are all quite easy to get along with!

Cons

At BAINIAN, leaving work on time can be said to be almost impossible…

If you clock out within half an hour of the end of the workday, the boss will basically come out to ask about the day’s performance and work progress. After the questions, another half hour may have passed…

If you cannot accept unpaid overtime and long working hours, you basically don’t need to consider BAINIAN!

The company often changes its orders from morning to evening, leaving employees unsure how to respond—doing whatever comes to mind…

You basically have to ask the boss’s opinion before doing anything, so a lot of time is wasted waiting for the boss’s response…

The boss’s office and the employees’ office are basically in the same space. The boss often stands behind you and watches you work, creating immense invisible pressure…

The turnover rate is extremely high. In the short period of less than half a year I was at the company, eight employees had already left…

The office air conditioning is only turned on at limited times, so people who feel hot in summer may not be able to stand it…
