The boss and his wife both pretend to know everything and are very good at bragging that they are the best in the industry. They are all talk and no substance. When there are problems, you can never find either of them, and they push the blame onto the employees, leaving the employees to be harshly berated by customers. They are both very stingy. Once you have worked there for almost half a year, they will target you in every way to avoid giving you a raise. During the interview, the boss and his wife spent several hours bragging about themselves.
