Throughout the interview, the other person kept wearing a mask, so I could hardly understand what they were saying. They also required me to fill out two résumé forms and write down who my family members were and what positions they held, without explaining why. The salary was fixed at 2.5k, with claims that capable employees could potentially earn 56,000 or more, but they couldn't explain the evaluation criteria or details (which scared me). The company was somewhat like a residence, with elderly people and caregivers working in the studio, but the overall environment was very clean. The job mainly involved contacting the company's existing models, evaluating suitable project details, liaising with clients, auditions, and so on.
