At the end of the interview, the interviewer escorts the applicant to the door.
Cons
1. The interview is held at a conference table near the company's entrance, where everyone can hear the interview questions and the applicant's private information, which is clearly unprofessional.
2. Applicants are required to accurately fill out their own and their family's medical history on the interview form. This is just for an office position—I don't understand how it is related to the job!
