Salaries are delayed for a long time and are never paid on time
If you don't discover that labor and health insurance contributions haven't been made, you don't know when they will be insured
There is no equipment either; everyone works using their own computers
They laid off a group of people before and replaced them with new hires, but ended up laying off this later group as well
They don't know how to manage, and keep hiring people who are even worse at management, making a complete mess of the company

They said they would get in touch, but then disappeared without a trace. Even when I proactively followed up, no one responded. I don't know if this is what a company should be like. I hope the company continues to maintain its current attitude, and may its business prosper continuously ^_^
