They ghosted me and I didn't get to attend the interview—I don't know.
Before the Mid-Autumn Festival holiday, this company proactively sent me an interview invitation (I had not applied for a position there). I replied that I was willing to attend the interview and waited for them to provide a time, but I never received a response. On the third day of the Mid-Autumn Festival holiday, I discovered that the company had marked the application period as closed on 104, which left a very bad impression. If they never genuinely intended to invite me to an interview, why send me an interview invitation in the first place? Playing people like this is really classless! Because I saw that this was a company founded by a certain celebrity, I thought it would probably be okay, but they ended up treating me this way. If they had already found someone, they could at least have replied that the interview was canceled because they had found someone. After all, the company was the one that proactively sent the interview invitation, so this left a really bad impression.
The product is natural.
The company has immature internal systems; managers are unable to lead by example, are controlling, lack leadership abilities, and have insufficient professional knowledge, making one question how the team can grow.
