This company is really not okay.
The boss is very prone to emotional manipulation and uses traditional management methods. As for mind-body healing, to put it bluntly, they live in their own little bubble.
There is no direction in the work. All decisions have to depend on the boss's mood, so whether doing things this way is considered an attitude—I really have nothing to say.
The turnover rate is very high. The filming is very rigid, focusing only on courses. The courses are also sold at higher prices than others. If you are considering working or applying for a job here, please think twice.
The magazine side is also very weak. I heard that almost everything has to wait for course filming to be the priority, in order to support the magazine's expenses.
