The boss will interview you directly and proactively explain the company's benefits and policies.
The company culture emphasizes maintaining a balance between work and life, and basically, it seems that overtime is rarely required.
There is no need to clock in or out; working hours are 9:00–17:30.
(So there is no issue with being late either, but if you have not arrived by 9:30, the boss will call to check whether something has happened.)
Cons
They only asked about my expected salary. Although I was not hired, I still do not know the salary range for the position.
