The short, stocky, bespectacled, short-haired male supervisor has a bad temper and uses extremely harsh language when scolding people; he is also extremely harsh and aggressive toward women... The work environment is small, cramped, and very old... The hours are long and the workload is heavy. People here almost always work overtime, and the pay is low. There is no travel allowance for business trips, and women are also expected to carry very heavy equipment. Forget it... For a newcomer, treat this job as a lesson learned.
