It’s essentially a family-run company! The managers are incompetent. The company does not have an inventory management function; the general manager takes products everywhere to give to people, and there is no such thing as stocktaking. Employees are paid one salary but have to do an excessive number of tasks (filming, making videos, developing clients, promoting products, visiting stores, serving as the secretary for the Goodwill Association, etc.), all handled by just one person. The salary is only 28,000.
